Two different incomes:

The first income that most people will experience in the Lifevantage business are Product Sales Commissions. The commission percentage is a graduated scale dependant on the volume of sales made in each calendar month. The increasing scale is designed to encourage Consultants to grow their business to reach the highest percentage of 30%. Most reps choose to receive their income payments as direct deposits to a Lifevantage branded debit account. From that account, you can transfer funds to your bank or use Lifevantage Debit card wherever Visa is accepted. All Lifevantage products have point assignments that are less than the dollars that the products cost. That is done because of the variation in product pricing for consultants, one-time customers, and auto-ship customers. See the increasing scale of monthly business volumes in the chart below.

The commission percentages shown here are in addition to a 10% override that is also paid on this same volume as a part of your "Group" volume shown on the chart below.

The second Income source comes from your team volume sales. These include all of your sales (included above) and all product sales that are made by any person on your downline team. These percentages are smaller individually, but the actual dollars potential is much higher due to the increasing number of Consultants on your team. The actual number of people on each level of your team is usually variable. The chart below assumes a fully completed team of 5 people from each consultant, measured only 4 levels deep. The full compensation plan allows overrides from as many as 9 levels deep. This is only an example to help you see the potential when every team member does a little work to recruit 5 team members.

Building a Distribution Team requires a variety of skills. Once you have recruited your first consultant, it becomes urgent that you provide training and motivation to help that person to grow his/her team. Lifevantage provides a wide assortment of training opportunities for you and all team members. They include weekly Zoom meetings, in-person home meetings, and semi-annual conventions that are produced in various locations around the U.S. These meetings are not required but participation is encouraged. You are not in business by yourself. The friendly and cooperative culture withing the Lifevantage company provides excellent benefits. It works better when you are fully engaged. Meet new friends. Ask for help. Share your successes on public forums. After a short time, Lifevantage will feel like a big family. We are all having fun and building our businesses together.

Much of the time, your business will be conducted here. A chair and a laptop (or your smartphone are all that you need. Invite people over or contact them by phone or Zoom. Many recruiting conversations involve you, your potential recruit, and your sponsor. Your sponsor has more experience in explaining our products and business opportunity. After introducing (and magnifying) your sponsor then listen while they make the presentation. We have discovered a special magic in making presentations with a 3-Way Call. It works better than any other presentation format. Doing it this way helps your prospective team member understand that anyone can do this business.

The most basic building block of our business: One Consultant who brings and teaches 5 more to do the same.

When you add 5 Team Members to your Level 1, you are paid 10% of their monthly sales volume

When Team Members are added to your Level 2, you are paid 7% of their monthly sales volume

When Team Members are added to your Level 3, you are paid 7% of their monthly sales volume

When Team Members are added to your Level 4, you are paid 6% of their monthly sales volume

When every team member is taught and encouraged to bring 5 dedicated Team Members, and each member brings sales volume of 1,000 monthly, your income grows as follows:

Your Level 1 = 5 x 1,000 = 5,000 x 10% = $500 per month

Your Level 2 = 25 x 1,000 = 25,000 x 7% = $1,750 per month

Your Level 3 = 125 x 1,000 = 125,000 x 7% = $8,750 per month

Your Level 4 = 625 x 1,000 = 625,000 x 6% = $37,500 per month

Completing a working 3-Level Team generates an annual income of $132,000. Also consider that each Consultant's sales goal is to exceed 4,000 monthly so they reach maximum commission %. Those additional sales would increase your potential income here by considerable amounts. When you join the team, you will receive instruction that shows income from several additional levels and a variety of other income sources that reward you for helping to keep our business culture of cooperation rather than competition.
