The work is simple to learn. It requires a little sales effort and some business management. Practically anyone can do it.

The Work:

You will begin by learning about the Lifevantage products. Understanding how powerful they are and how much they can influence a person's health is key. In today's world, almost everyone has health challenges. This includes young people with issues from acne to mental disorders such as ADD & ADHD. More and more young people are even having weight challenges. For people over 40, there are a much wider list of health challenges that can benefit from natural health solutions. These include Type-2 diabetes, weight gain, headaches, sleep disorders, thyroid conditions and even wrinkles. The list of health issues in the older age group would be far too long to list here. Fortunately for us, the primary causes are the same. Lifevantage products are specifically designed to target a few root causes that affect most people with chronic conditions. This means that you have a very large market of people to share the products with. As you begin to understand how the Lifevantage products work, you will see a wider group of potential customers.

Initially:

You will seek out between 5 & 10 regular customers who will purchase Lifevantage products on a regular basis. Your initial goal is to become "Green" in the sales plan. That means having regular monthly product sales above 1,000 points per month. That will pay you a monthly commission of 20% or a little more than $200 monthly. Later, as your monthly product sales exceed 4,000 points (around 30 customers), your commission rate will increase to 30%. That generates monthly earnings exceeding $1,200. As your monthly earnings grow, you can choose to order your own Lifevantage products for the health of you and your family. All product orders by your customers are sent directly to your customers. Currently we are open to sales in the U.S. and 20 other countries around the world.

Eventually:

As your understanding and faith in Lifevantages's marketing system grows, you will see opportunities to invite other people to join our sales team. When you recruit additional consultants to the team your income can begin to grow by multiplication rather than simple addition. To help people understand how this part of the compensation plan works, we show a simple 5 person by 4 level growth. On our team, you are asked to focus on personally recruiting only 5 additional team members. Those 5 new team members create your Level One team. As you recruit each of those five people, your duties shift slightly as you work to train and motivate each of those 5 people to do the same work that is outlined here. This section of this page represents a description of each consultant's work. Find a few customers who want to become healthier and then find 5 people who want to create an additional income stream and help them get started.

Understanding more about the way that we earn income:

Lifevantage knows that many of our customers are hoping to maximize their health journey. Although individual products are fairly priced, making a selection of multiple products can add up. To help with that, our business plan includes a program that allows you to create a substantial monthly income so that your product decisions can be easier to make. You will be paid directly, and you can decide for yourself how to spend your monthly paychecks. No product purchases are required.

You will have two different ways to earn money. The first way is that you can choose to find customers who will purchase products from your unique online store that is created and maintained by Lifevantage. Products are shipped directly to your customers. You will earn commission percentages that increase as your monthly point volume increases (as shown in the chart below).

Your earning percentage is determined every calendar month according to the final sales volume for the month. By reaching and maintaining a business sales volume of at least 4,000, you can maximize your earning amount from product sales commissions.

The second way to earn income is much more powerful than the first. Instead of earning more by adding more personal sales volume, you can multiply your earnings by adding and training team members. Your earnings here are derived as an override from the sales volume of your downline team. The width and depth of your team will be up to you. However, to show income potential and to keep our team members all on the same task, we will show the income potential from a fully developed team that we call a 5 by 4. That means a team that is being built 5 persons wide and 4 levels deep. Potential incomes can become much larger than shown in the example below. For this mathematical demonstration, we will assume that each team member has only reached an average personal product sales level of $1,000 monthly. For each consultant, we call this sales level "Green".

Level 1 - 5 personal team members x 1,000 = 5,000 (group sales volume) x 10% = $500 (Total monthly $500)

Level 2 - 25 team members x 1,000 = 25,000 (group sales volume) x 7% = $1,750 (Total monthly income $2,250)

Level 3 - 125 team members x 1,000 = 125,000 (group sales volume) x 7% = $8,750 (Total monthly income $11,000)

Level 4 - 625 team members x 1,000 = 625,000 (group sales volume) x 6% = $37,500 (Total monthly income $48,500)

It is important to understand that the work required of each individual person in the matrix above is to personally find a few customers (estimated between 5 - 10) to create a monthly sales volume of 1,000+, and to personally recruit 5 health consultants who will commit to do this same work. The example shown above assumes that every person in the matrix has fulfilled this assignment. Depending on how aggressively each person pursues the program, reaching this income level may take five months, or it may take five years. That is up to you. It's according to the amount of effort you choose to commit to the business. Success here requires both hard work and patience. It's not magic, it's a business. In fact, it's YOUR business. So, your speed of success will be determined by your focus and commitment to build your team. Of course, we will provide a large amount of FREE training and motivation to help you reach your goals. In the end, your success is up to you.
